Shakaylah is the founder of Leonard Strategy and the styling principal of Leonard & Co. Her practice was shaped by years of working alongside founders, executives, and creatives whose public presence was already outrunning their private wardrobe.
She approaches image the way an architect approaches a commission — with restraint, with research, and with a clear point of view. Her clients do not receive a look. They receive a language, tailored precisely and quietly to them.
